Warranty

Dear Customer,
According to the terms of our warranty, any manufacturing flaws that occur within twelve months after invoice date that are attributable to either a material or weaving fault will be addressed.

Claims due to abnormal wear will be addressed up to three years after invoice date.
The value of the guarantee will diminish by 33.3% of the original invoice value per year until the end of the 3 year warranty period.

The guarantee does not cover any issues that are associated with the sub floor conditions. This guarantee is offered under conditions of normal use, state of the art fitting and cleaning, providing that the relevant precautions are adhered to with regard to maintenance and that no aggressive products are used:
