We hope that you and your family are well during this time of confinement.
We would like to inform you that we have decided to reopen the factory in small teams by following the strictest safety measures. From today (04/05/2020), stock orders will be dispatched. It is likely that you will still experience delays in delivery, beyond our control.
We are counting on your understanding and would like to thank you for the trust you have placed in us.
Shipping & Delivery
To ensure you get your purchase as soon as possible we ship out all orders within 3 to 5 daysys of payment from Monday to Friday.
- Shipping countries: worldwide
- Average delivery time: 5 working days
- Delivery during the weekend is not possible
- If product not in stock it can take up to 6 weeks
- UPS is our official shipper
- You will be sent a tracking number when your order has been shipped, please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to be updated
- Once you order leaves Louis De Poortere, it is out of our control. For questions and concerns about shipping, please concat UPS or TNT.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Returns and Replacements
- We will not accept any items that have been washed and/or damaged
- We do not reimburse shipping costs
- Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Your account will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your item(s)
- To return a product you only need to go to your orders in your Louis De Poortere's account and to click on "Return a product" or just fill in the "Return form" (received with the product) and send it back by email to [email protected] Once we have received you Return Form we will send UPS back for you product.
