Holiday at LDP
The factory is closed from July 17 to August 15.
During the month of July, two days of expedition (20/07 and 29/07) will be organized for rugs in stock. The rest (roll of carpets and rugs in backorders) will be sent after our reopening. Please take this into account.
Shipping & Delivery
To ensure you get your purchase as soon as possible we ship out all orders within 3 to 5 days of payment from Monday to Friday.
- Shipping countries: worldwide
- Average delivery time: 5 working days
- Delivery during the weekend is not possible
- If product not in stock it can take up to 6 weeks
- UPS and TNT are our official shippers. For big sizes, we use VSL as carrier.
- You will be sent a tracking number when your order has been shipped, please allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to be updated
- Once you order leaves Louis De Poortere, it is out of our control.For questions and concerns about shipping, please concat UPS or TNT.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Warning: Following Brexit, customs clearance and import costs as well as local taxes may be claimed by the carrier. The price of delivery does not include additional costs. This also applies to all countries outside the European Union. GOODS SHIPPED FROM BELGIUM
Returns and Replacements
- We will not accept any items that have been washed and/or damaged
We do not reimburse shipping costs
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of delivery
Your account will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your item(s)
To return a product you only need to go to your orders in your Louis De Poortere's account and to click on "Return a product" or just fill in the "Return form" (received with the product) and send it back by email to [email protected] Once we have received you Return Form we will send UPS back for you product.
