    Product description

    The Design

An ancient pattern given a modern read. The classic central medallion sits inside a deliberately distressed frame — intentional fading, subtle colour accents.

    Made for everyday life

Use it indoors or outdoors. Wash it in the machine when it gets dirty. The colours stay bright over time. Compatible with underfloor heating. The back has a grippy coating — useful, but not a full anti-slip system; for heavy use we recommend a dedicated anti-slip underlay (sold separately). Built to take real wear without losing what made you choose it.

    A thin rug

This rug is flatwoven, like a traditional kilim. There's no pile, just a flat surface. This rug is thin — only 3 mm — on purpose. If you want a thick, fluffy rug to sink your feet into, this isn't the one. What you get instead is a clean, modern surface that lies flush under doors and furniture, folds easily for transport or storage, collects less dust, and is machine washable. The low pile is what makes everything else on this page possible.

    Circular by design

Made from a single material: polyester, 70% recycled (rPET). That percentage is published and rises every year — 20% in 2023, 40% in 2025, 70% in 2026 — with 100% as our target for 2030. Our use of rPET and the strict separation of recycled yarns are audited by OEKO-TEX®. A mono-material construction means the rug is recyclable at the end of its life through our Take Care Program, with no need to separate components. A technique developed by our own R&D team in Mouscron. Our environmental gains are documented in a life cycle assessment carried out by two independent organisations, Centexbel and the University of Liège — verifiable progress, not a vague green promise.

    Designed to Return

When you're done with your rug, scan the QR code on the back. We collect it, free of charge. Pieces in good condition find a second home through resale; the rest become new polyester yarn — the loop literally closing. A rug with an end-of-life plan, in a category that rarely has one.
