Shipping & Delivery
To ensure you receive your purchase as quickly as possible, we ship all orders within 3 to 5 business days after payment, from Monday to Friday.
- Shipping countries: Worldwide
- Average delivery time: 5 business days
- Weekend delivery is not available
- If the product is not in stock, delivery may take up to 6 weeks
- We ship with GLS, UPS, DPD, DHL or TNT depending on the size and weight of the rug. For large widths, a special carrier is required and unfortunately does not provide a track & trace number.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
- Once your parcel leaves the Louis De Poortere warehouse, it is beyond our control. You can track your parcel at any time via our tracking platform.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For orders to the United Kingdom: Customs clearance is handled automatically and VAT will be calculated and displayed when you select the destination country in your cart.
Returns and Replacements
- We will not accept any item that has been washed and/or damaged.
- We do not refund shipping costs.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense. The cost is approximately €15 for rugs up to 200 cm in length, and €30 for rugs larger than 200 cm.
- The return cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Your account will be refunded within 30 days after we receive your item(s).
- To return a product, simply go to your orders in your Louis De Poortere Store account and click on “Return items”, or send an email to [email protected].
- Once your return request has been received and approved, you may return the product yourself or we will arrange a carrier to collect your rug.
